How do I contact the clinic?

 

It is best to contact us via phone or email. Our reception operating days are: Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
We also have reception staff operating most alternating Mondays & Saturdays.

Can I have injectables treatments after the Covid-19 vaccine?

It is recommended that clients wait 2 weeks pre and post Covid-19 vaccine for all filler treatments to avoid adverse reactions.

Do you offer packages?

At The Injectables Nurse we believe that every client is unique and requires a personalised service. For this reason we don't offer any set packages for injectables but will always offer our clients the best possible price for multiple areas treated.

Why can't I find pricing for specific services online?

Due to the individual nature of Injectables services pricing can vary from person to person. Some treatments are difficult to quote without in-person consultation. If you are unsure about pricing, contact our friendly team via phone, email or Instagram. 

Do I need to have a consultation before booking treatment?

If you would like to have a consultation to discuss your options prior to booking treatment you can book this as a standalone service.

If you would like to have treatment straight away you can book the service directly. All of our new client appointments allow time for consultation prior to treatment on the day.

What service do I book if I am unsure what I need done?

In this scenario you can either book for the service you think you might need or you can book a consultation. If you are still unsure please contact our team via phone, email or Instagram.

What products do you use?

Due to Australian law we are unable to advertise the product names and types that we use at The Injectables Nurse. Please contact our team via phone, email or Instagram for product information.

Do you offer any pain relief?

Yes! We pride ourselves on making your experience as comfortable as possible. We have many different methods available to help calm nerves and ease discomfort. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation. In the case of no show or less than 48 hours notice without exemption, deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are refundable if adequate notice is given.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy:

For an active Covid case, please provide evidence of a positive PCR test for a full refund of your deposit or to have your appointment rescheduled.

For a close contact, we ask for a minimum 24 hours notice to receive a deposit refund or to have your appointment rescheduled.

Close contacts with less than 24 hours notice, or a positive case with only evidence of a rapid test will forfeit their deposit.
